Order Cancellations
You may cancel your order within 8 hours of placement by emailing info@neckvana.shop with your order number. If we cannot cancel in time and your package ships, you can still return it following our standard return procedure.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please note that return shipping costs remain the customer's responsibility even in these situations.
Unclaimed Packages
Parcels that are refused upon delivery or left uncollected at postal facilities will automatically return to our warehouse. In these cases, we reserve the right to deduct a £15 processing fee from your refund amount.
